We are recruiting for a leading international fashion company a Digital Private Client Advisor for their Brussels office. The role is based in Brussels Missions: Develop the company's Client Portfolio by nurturing existing clients, reactivate lapsed clients and acquire high-value prospects by providing exceptional omnichannel experience - Retain clients by growing and maintaining relationships through curated animations and by leveraging event calendar relevant to your market - Achieve and exceed individual sales target through personalized product recommendations and client sophistication - Grow High End digital sales share through elevating the product offering - Build a strong understanding of your client preferences by creating qualitative client profiling - Host regular virtual and in-store appointments and drive conversion on commercial High End events. Profile: - 3 - 5 years' solid work experience in Luxury retail distance selling is needed - Native/fluent in Italian, both oral and written. Fluent in English: - Strong business acumen and understanding of client development - Confident to communicate with VIPs and HNWI (high net worth individuals) - both verbally and written. - Passionate about styling - Tech savvy and computer literate - Have an understanding of and ability to interpret analytics into recommendations - Autonomous with a solution driven mindset - Ability to work shift rotation (Monday to Sunday, 08 AM - 08 PM) - Able to travel when necessary.
