People Technology & AI Development Intern
As a People Technology & AI Development Intern, you will work closely with our team of People Tech Partner, IT engineers and IT data scientists to develop, configure, and implement AI-driven solutions. While you will use Python, React, and Microsoft Azure, a significant part of your work will involve configuring AI use cases within the Oracle HCM platform, ensuring seamless integration of intelligent functionalities into HR processes.
You will engage with the Global HR Community to collect use cases and facilitate their integration and adoption
This position is ideal for a recent graduate with a passion for artificial intelligence, an interest in enterprise systems such as Oracle HCM, and a desire to grow in a collaborative and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities
* Configure, customize, and optimize AI use cases within the Oracle HCM platform, supporting HR automation and intelligent workflows.
* Develop, test, and maintain AI applications using Python.
* Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate AI solutions into web applications using React.
* Implement and manage cloud services on Microsoft Azure to support AI applications.
* Work with data scientists to prepare and preprocess data for machine-learning models.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to existing or upcoming solutions.
* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of code, configurations, and project deliverables.
Qualifications
* Good knowledge of Python.
* Familiarity with React and JavaScript for frontend development.
* Basic experience with Microsoft Azure and its services (Azure OpenAI Service, Cognitive Services, Azure Search, Azure ML, Azure Functions, Azure Databricks).
* Understanding of software development principles, including version control tools such as Git.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team.
* Strong motivation and eagerness to learn, especially in the field of AI integration within enterprise platforms such as Oracle HCM.
* Fluency in English.
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience with additional programming languages and technologies (e.g., R, Java).
* Knowledge of advanced machine-learning or deep-learning techniques.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
* Ability to analyze and visualize data using tools like Power BI.
* Background in database management and SQL development is highly preferred.
