Together, we shape the evolution. The Opportunity As a Workforce Management Intern you will work in the CBDO Office, that is a staff team reporting directly to the Chief Business Division Officer. We are an international team of 14 colleagues, located in 6 countries. We cover a wide range of overarching topics all aimed at improving our efficiency; innovation skills and transforming and/or standardizing ways of working. We work intensively together with the Business Divisions and have over 2500 colleagues we work with on a daily basis. We function as a linking pin to Worldline group functions; liaising between group and Business Divisions. We have many hardworking and dedicated peers that would love for you to work with them. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Reporting to the Workforce Manager, you will support in the preparation and management of all the Workforce Management related activities for Acquiring Processing and Acquiring&Online Global Products Business Divisions: - Preparation of the Resource Approval Board process, relationship with the stakeholders: Acquiring Management, HR WFM, HRBP. - Own staff sourcing process: reportig and relationship with Talent Acquisition. - Onshore subcontractor management: reporting and relationship with WL provider Staffing MS. - Local Offshore Officer: reporting and management of the offshore and nearshore related activities, relationship with the stakeholders: Acquiring Management, external xshore suppliers, cross-GBL subcos, Worldline Global Offshore Office. - People Equation: Preparation of the Acquiring People Equation, monthly closing report and analysis for the BMW call with Worldline Top Management. Preparation of the budget. Close relationship with the finance controllers. - Continuous improvement and process optimization in cooperation with WFM community. - Ensures timely and trasparent communication for WFM related topics, providing information, guidance and direction of WFM processes and procedures. - Represents the Acquiring organization and people when needed. In practice this means: - You have a Bachelor Degree in Business Engineering, Management or any other relevant qualification for the role. - You have advanced skills in English and Italian (both verbal and written). - You have proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel skills needed). - You have Strong analytical skills, able to effectively process and structure large amounts of information. - You can communicate at all levels in the organization, both verbal and written.
