We are looking for a passionate IT Project Manager, working together with the IT team and all the business areas to deliver effective projects with high standards and quality. We are looking for someone with high skills in problem solving and analytical mindset. As project manager, your main responsibilities will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be part of the IT department and reporting to the IT Director Tasks / Responsibilities: - Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability, delivering every project on time within budget and scope. - Support IT projects and initiatives by a detailed planning and follow-up status. - Coordinate project resources from different areas. - Communicate and engage with different areas and stakeholders. - Manage and trace all the necessary activities. - Manage and highlight issues and constraints, propose solutions to overcome them and deliver the project. - Prepare high level planning and detailed project planning using appropriate tools. - Understand business needs and requirements. - Recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Proactively identify organizational and business process improvement opportunities and create proposals for management. - Facilitate the introduction of those solutions. - Support implementation of process changes and measure results. Requirements: - Experience as project manager within IT projects. - Project management methodology experience. (Price2, PMP, Agile, others) - Managing multiple tasks. - Ability to work autonomously and proactively on multiple projects. - Ability to prioritize activities, work self-independent complete work. - Good interpersonal and communication capabilities; open, positive, and collaborative approach. - Ability to build relationships with different types of employees and across all levels of the organization. - Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English (spoken and written) - At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position - Experience in a multinational company. - Strong technological background (Computer Science and IT Systems). - Deep knowledge of Microsoft solutions and Office - Preferable Experience of manufacturing and eCommerce solutions Working location: Bologna, Italy (Hybrid)
