This position is what you are looking for Join an incredible team in the Top 1 manufacturer Position: Field Application Engineer/After-sales Engineer Role: The Field Application Engineer/After-sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical support through onsite activities and remote assistance to customers or third-party service partners. The role involves resolving issues related to BESS devices by coordinating with the EU team and HQ, ensuring efficient and satisfactory service to our customers in the EU. Key Responsibilities: Management and technical skills in Field Operations: Responsible for supervising all field activities including commissioning, scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance. Focus on resolving after-sales cases efficiently by minimizing downtime and optimizing fault resolution times, maintaining good relationships with customers, and sharing collected information with relevant teams. Supervise and evaluate product performance by analyzing BESS device operational data in collaboration with the monitoring team, working closely with HQ and the EU Technical Team. Identify technical solutions to resolve issues swiftly in collaboration with HQ. Complementary Activities: Participate as a technician in commissioning, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance activities on-site. Support help desk team with phone assistance and ticket management. Skill Requirements: Electrical certification compliant with local laws. Proficiency with basic electrical tools such as multimeters and torque wrenches. Ability to read electrical diagrams or relevant work/study background. At least 2 years of onsite experience in BESS commissioning, electrical device installation, wiring, and commissioning. Proficient in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) and able to write formal manuals in English. Additional Responsibilities: HSE and PPE Management: Under the guidance of the HSE Manager, identify risk mitigation strategies and approve operational procedures to ensure compliance with HSE requirements. Spare Parts and Resource Management: Finalize spare parts lists, manage obsolescence, coordinate with EU/HQ Tech team on compatibility, and ensure local teams and service partners have necessary resources. Manage spare parts inventory, including receipt, consumption, delivery, and replenishment planning. Coordinate with Technical and Training teams to align field operations with service quality standards. Collaborate with local service teams and liaise with EU/HQ technical teams on technical compatibility, replacement parts, and problem resolution. J-18808-Ljbffr
