For more than 50 years, the company’s reputation and image have been consistently developed across an expanding number of products, brands and markets worldwide. /p h3Essential Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and coordinate three team members of the Raw Material Team, ensuring all working steps of Raw Material leather, fabrics and hardware, from RD to Industrialization, are accurately followed to avoid issues. /li liMonitor calendar deadlines and ensure material launches hit due dates. /li liHandle line handoff to guarantee timely material launches. /li liControl the supply chain by consolidating suppliers to guarantee top final quality at the best price point. /li liWeekly touch base with designers and product development teams to collaborate, guide material selection and product development, anticipating risks and issues. /li liContinuously monitor development timing and find solutions in case of delays or issues. /li liConduct costing analysis, pushing for target prices from PMT starting with development. /li liEnsure costings are entered in AT for the requested deadline, including estimated tool/die costs. /li liConduct quality analysis during development and pre‑test new materials, material combinations, and special workmanship to avoid risks. /li liParticipate in product review in Milan with designers, product development, QA team and vendors. /li liEnsure steel molds and tools launch on time for bulk production. /li liCoordinate with the Production Team to forecast the best TSS based on materials, workmanship, embroideries, etc., to hit deadlines. /li liEnsure all material information is passed on to the production team for bulk. /li liFollow the industrialization process. /li liAlign industrialization with QA and work with product development during PPS approvals. /li /ul h3Experience, Skills Knowledge /h3 ul li10‑12 years of experience in accessories raw materials. /li li10+ years of experience in accessories product development. /li liExcellent knowledge of English and Italian (verbal and written). /li liKnowledge of leather, fabrics and accessories construction. /li liAbility to regularly reposition priorities to accommodate frequent change. /li liStrong communication skills. /li liProblem‑solving, results‑oriented and detail‑oriented personality. /li liStrong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. /li liAbility to interact with design, merchandising and logistical support groups. /li liWell‑developed computer skills and systems orientation. /li liExcellent organizational skills. /li /ul h3Seniority Level /h3 pMid‑Senior level /p h3Employment Type /h3 pFull‑time /p h3Job Function /h3 pOther /p h3Industries /h3 pAdvertising Services /p pLocation: Scandicci, Tuscany, Italy /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
