Role Purpose
The AlinIQ Informatics Technical Specialist is a client-facing technical expert responsible for the end-to-end delivery of AlinIQ Digital Health applications. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and critical thinking to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
* Provide feedback for product enhancements based on customer insights.
* Foster a culture of high customer service and satisfaction.
Operational Responsibilities
* Execute project work plans with a focus on timely delivery and risk mitigation.
* Configure and integrate AlinIQ products according to customer specifications.
* Deliver training and provide ongoing customer support.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and systems of record.
* Participate actively in team and customer meetings.
* Be available for shift work and travel to client sites as required.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics, or related disciplines.
* 1–3 years of experience in installing, configuring, or maintaining diagnostics laboratory informatics applications.
Skills & Knowledge
* Strong understanding of diagnostics laboratory workflows and technologies.
* Experience with laboratory information systems, middleware, analyzer management systems, or inventory management systems.
* Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting laboratory informatics systems is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools like MS Project or SmartSheet.
