The role of Sales Assistant is essential in retail. Connecting with Zadig & Voltaire customers, supporting daily store activities, and engaging with clients confidently and knowledgeably about fashion and trends are key responsibilities. You will welcome and assist customers, describe products, and focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Supporting store management in fostering a creative environment and employee development is also part of the role.

* Drive sales through warm welcomes, excellent customer service, and effective sales techniques.
* Meet store KPIs (AB and UPT) and contribute to ZV objectives.
* Provide personalized advice and build customer loyalty.
* Communicate effectively and be knowledgeable about the collection and iconic pieces.
Operational duties include managing the till system, processing payments, handling customer needs such as exchanges and credit notes, maintaining stock replenishment, processing deliveries, and ensuring a luxurious store environment. Supporting VM guidelines and executing loss prevention procedures are also required.
Requirements include at least two years of sales experience in an upper-end brand, passion for fashion and luxury, and fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are beneficial. Candidates should be hardworking, dynamic, energetic, and committed to excellent customer service.
