Mission - The Construction Supervisor (DIRETTORE LAVORI) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction activities on-site, ensuring that the works comply with approved designs, technical specifications, applicable regulations, and safety and environmental standards. The role ensures that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality by managing contractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the execution phase. LI-MT3Key Accountabilities Construction Supervision: Oversee all construction activities, ensuring that works are carried out in full compliance with project designs, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.Document Validation: Approve and validate contractor deliverables and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and contractual compliance.Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures to maintain high construction standards throughout the project lifecycle.Project Scheduling: Define, maintain, and update project schedules, identifying risks of delay and implementing corrective measures where needed.Cost Control Safety Compliance: Work closely with the Health & Safety Manager to ensure full compliance with occupational safety and environmental standards.Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical or operational issues arising during construction execution.Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit regular project status reports, highlighting key achievements, delays, risks, and mitigation actions.Claims Management: Evaluate and manage contractor claims, ensuring timely and equitable resolution.Change Management: Manage project scope changes, design variations, and schedule adjustments.
