THE POSITION We're seeking high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity training and execute effectively at our studio.
The people we're looking for : Have a growth mindset and want to be part of a high performing and understanding teamAre positive, professional, value personal connections, and don't take things too seriouslyThrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoy engaging with members to keep them happyRESPONSIBILITIES Coach and motivate members during workoutsConduct goal-oriented consultations with trial membersCorrect exercise form to prevent injuriesPromote and sell F45 services, assist in membership growth and retentionDemonstrate exercises with proper form and provide regressions/progressions as neededSet up, clean, and store equipment before and after classesQUALIFICATIONS Experience in an F45 environment preferredGroup training experience or ability to excel in itMinimum 1-year experience as a personal trainerAvailability on weekendsStrong character, communication, and care skillsEnergetic and attentiveKnowledge of functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate trainingExcellent communication and social media skillsAbility to stay on feet and active during workoutsCERTIFICATIONS Current nationally recognized fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA)CPR / First Aid / AED certificationGroup training certificationCompensation: $ $60.00 per hour
