Main Purpose The F&B Reservations Coordinator will support our Head Hostess in managing reservations and the correspondence of our Food & Beverage department. Reports to Restaurant Manager Main Duties Answer phone calls and manage the restaurant mail correspondence to book reservations; Use appropriate product and experience description techniques; Follow-up with written e-mail offers and confirmations according to our standards; Maintain professional relationships with Guests and colleagues; Effectively use up selling and cross-selling techniques.
