Company Description Synergie Spa, a staffing agency, is seeking an administrative employee for a client company operating in the metalworking sector in Montebelluna. Position The selected candidate will be integrated into the administrative office and will handle the following tasks, depending on the company's structure and needs: Management of general accounting (journal entries, invoice registration, bank reconciliations) Issuance and registration of sales and purchase invoices Document archiving and management of administrative correspondence Support to management and technical office in preparing project documentation Managing relationships with clients and suppliers (reminders, deadlines, payments) Preparation of periodic administrative reports Requirements Diploma in Accounting or similar qualification Previous experience, even minimal, in administrative roles Good knowledge of main computer tools (especially Excel) Accuracy, reliability, and ability to work in a team Additional Information Workplace: Montebelluna (TV) Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, daytime hours.
