Your role
We are looking for a TMK In store Experience Manager who will be responsible for the creative development of licensed brands and Nuance, overseeing the design and execution of integrated phygital visibility strategies—both seasonal and permanent—across physical, digital and phygital touchpoints. This includes the creation of all Trade Marketing tools tailored for the Wholesale Market.
The role focuses on driving the creation of impactful, scalable materials that meet market needs, championing a sustainable approach while ensuring seamless alignment with Go‑To‑Market strategies and market‑specific timelines.
Main responsibilities
* Drive creative development of impactful Visual Merchandising materials in collaboration with trusted agencies, ensuring timely execution aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonality (Sun/Optical).
* Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, including tracking progress against milestones, issuing status updates, and escalating issues when needed.
* Apply strategic thinking and vision to anticipate market trends, influence design direction, and ensure solutions are scalable and future‑ready.
* Demonstrate agility and responsiveness, adapting quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with Corporate Brand and BBM teams to ensure alignment with brand identity, business objectives, and campaign assets; WHS Regional teams to incorporate market insights and monitor in‑store execution; Licenses Team and POP Supply Chain for seamless coordination.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, such as master data and timelines.
* Lead and develop one direct report, fostering growth and performance.
Main requirements
* Marketing (Communication, Brand Management, Product).
* Visual Merchandising and Retail Store Experience.
* At least 7 years’ experience in a dynamic, ever‑changing and challenging environment.
* Project Management: highly organized, experience in managing multiple projects within a matrixed organization, highly oriented to results, creative problem solving and ability to work under strict timelines.
* Communication: good experience in project presentations and interpersonal relationship, excellence in team working.
* Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
* Delivery of compelling synthetic documents for top management.
* Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and design software is a plus.
* English proficiency is fundamental.
