As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for establishing and optimizing the distribution channel system in Italy, ensuring seamless supply of products to our partners and maintaining market order.
Key Responsibilities
* Foster strong relationships with agents, secondary key accounts, and OEM customers to drive business growth and profitability.
* Analyze market trends and formulate effective product and pricing strategies to meet customer demands.
* Optimize distributor systems to guarantee timely delivery of products, maintain inventory levels, and ensure partner satisfaction.
* Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives, setting quarterly and annual goals, and improving marketing organization systems.
* Closely manage regional sell-in and sell-out operations to achieve accurate sales forecasts.
Requirements
* A degree in marketing, sales management, or a related field; experience in personal care, kitchen appliances, pet products, or similar industries is preferred.
* At least five years of relevant work experience in Italy, with a proven track record of integrated marketing success.
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop resources, and experience in team leadership and project development.
