Who we are looking forWe are seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Distribution Center.Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and monitor warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order assembly and dispatchEnsure efficient use of space, equipment and resources while meeting quality, budget and environmental targetsMaintain accurate stock control systems and ensure inventory reliabilityPlan operational capacity and anticipate future requirementsLead and support continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean principlesRecruit, train and develop staff, monitoring performance and fostering teamworkEnsure compliance with EHS, hygiene and security standardsCommunicate daily priorities to Team Leaders and ensure alignment across the operationMaintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and monitor service qualitySupporte the achievement of cost budget targets and contributing to the DC's financial stabilityOversee maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
Education and Experience
Degree or equivalent in logistics, management or related fieldsBe familiar with ISO 90001 standardSolid experience in warehouse management and logistics operationsStrong knowledge of warehouse processes and WMS systemsFamiliarity with Lean Management and continuous improvement methodologiesEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher
