WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team for Digital Communication Management and Assistant to the Director General. The ideal candidate is highly organized, and possesses strong communication and graphic design skills. This role combines digital communication responsibilities with academic support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, multifaceted environments.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Communication Management
* Create, manage, and update digital content across platforms (website, newsletters, social media) under the mentoring and supervision of the Director
* Design and produce digital materials, from posts, to reels. vids.
* Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and campaigns
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital communication
* Daily work on social media channels
Assistantship to the Director
* Providing organizational support to the Director
* Drafting, editing and managing documents, reports, and internal communications
* Coordinating schedules, and cross-departmental activities
* Supporting in organizing academic events and special projects
WHO YOU ARE
* Enthusiast with a Bachelor's degree in Design or Communication, Education or related fields
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is essential
* Able to produce digital contents (images and clips)
* With excellent command of written and spoken Italian and a good working knowledge of English
* With strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
