At Qeeboo, we create extraordinary design objects that spark emotion, imagination, and positivity.We are looking for a Product Development & Quality Control Assistant to join our team.This role is ideal for a candidate with 2–3 years of experience in the design industry—preferably in lighting—who wants to be directly involved in the full product lifecycle, from development to quality assurance and supplier coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the end-to-end product development process, from concept to industrializationIdentify, evaluate, and coordinate suppliers and manufacturers for product componentsManage relationships with external partners, ensuring quality, timing, and cost alignmentConduct factory visits and supplier meetings (mainly in Italy and Europe)Collaborate on product certification processes, especially in lightingMonitor and improve product quality standards throughout development and productionAssist in the transition from prototype to scalable industrial productCreate and maintain technical sheets, product specifications, and documentationWork closely with designers and engineers to ensure technical feasibility and product integrityRequirements2–3 years of experience in product development, quality control, or similar roles within furniture, design, or lighting industriesStrong understanding of industrialization and manufacturing processesKnowledge of materials, components, and production techniquesFamiliarity with rotational molding and injection molding technologiesStrong interest in technical and engineering aspects of design productsFluent in EnglishProficiency in 3D modeling softwareKnowledge of CAD toolsAbility to produce and interpret technical drawings and datasheetsApplication Details:Please submit your CV via LinkedIn.
