Job Description:
Role: BID Manager TLC - TELECOMMUNICATION
Location: Rome (hybrid)
Responsibilities:
Analysis of tenders and technical specifications (public and private);
Internal coordination for collecting technical and administrative documentation;
Drafting, reviewing, and completing bid documentation;
Monitoring e-procurement platforms and tender portals;
Managing deadlines, milestones, and required documentation;
Collaborating with technical and commercial teams to develop solutions that meet requirements;
Supporting in drafting responses to clarifications and additional requests during the tender phase;
Participating in post-tender debriefings for analysis and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Degree/diploma in technical disciplines;
At least 6 months of experience managing tenders in the Telecom sector (or similar roles such as PM/Presales TLC);
Knowledge of e-procurement platforms (e.g., MePA, Sintel, Start, etc.);
Ability to read and complete technical and administrative documentation;
Good knowledge of telecommunications solutions, services, and technologies;
Excellent command of Office suite (especially Word and Excel);
English language skills (preferred but not mandatory);
Fluent Italian language skills.
