Agribios, part of Yara Italy since 2024, has been developing and manufacturing in the factory of Canneto sull'Oglio (MN), organic and organo‐mineral fertilizers for organic and conventional farming, combining quality and innovation with a solid vision of environmental respect and sustainability.Responsibilities Oversee Agribios' daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with quality standardsCollaborate with Regional Operational Planning Manager to define strategic plans, investments, and operating budgetsMonitor KPIs related to productivity, quality, costs, and safety, proposing corrective and improvement actionsEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations, assuming legal responsibilities where applicablePlan and coordinate production and material handling activities, optimizing the use of resources, machinery, and personnelDevelop and implement short- and long‐term production plans consistent with company objectivesControl stock levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring efficient use of working capitalImplement and support a preventative and planned maintenance programLead and motivate the team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountabilityCoordinate cross‐functional communication and collaboration (Finance, HR, Logistics, Production, Marketing)
Degree from a technical institution or equivalent professional experienceFluency in Italian (spoken and written)Good command of English (spoken and written)Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and good working knowledge of local operational software (SAP or similar)Strong team‐oriented mindsetDemonstrated leadership capabilitiesExceptional communication skillsOutstanding organizational abilitiesSelf‐driven, proactive, and able to work independently
