Reporting directly to senior management, you will be a key financial partner, driving performance, efficiency, and compliance across all functions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning Supervise project planning and monitor project performance Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Supply Chain teams to optimize work in progress and inventory Support production, purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure operational efficiency and effective sourcing Minimize unbilled services/materials and overdue receivables Prepare and oversee monthly and quarterly financial reports in compliance with HQ standards and deadlines Lead the communication of financial results to local and group management Work with managers to implement group and company policies and objectives Ensure procedures are compliant with corporate policies and regulations Manage external consultants, auditors, and service providers Supervise the maintenance of statutory books and records Act as a business partner in driving key initiatives and supporting strategic goals Ideal Candidate Profile: Degree in Economics or equivalent Fluent in English (spoken and written) German language is considered a strong plus Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar role Willingness to travel Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, project support, and working capital optimization Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.) Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Strong communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships Knowledge of corporate and plant-level financial reporting processes and key performance metrics Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities High level of integrity, credibility, and commitment What We Offer: A dynamic and international working environment Opportunities for professional development The chance to make a significant impact on business performance Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Finance Industries Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Aretè Cocchi Technology by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Business Controller” roles.
