Orienta S.p.A. - Società Benefit, a branch of San Bonifacio, is seeking for a client company specialized in the production of commercial vehicles, an IMPIEGATO/A UFFICIO ACQUISTI for their office located in Verona.
The company is a recognized leader in the commercial vehicle sector, known for technological innovation and sustainability.
The candidate will be part of the Office and, reporting to the Purchasing Manager, will handle part of the procurement process, managing contracts and tenders for the supply of products and services needed by the company.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage contracts (formalization and registration of contractual documentation, monitoring deadlines, renegotiating contracts, and invoice control)
* Conduct tenders (coordinate with Business Units for technical specifications, manage the entire process from selecting suppliers to negotiation and final documentation for approval)
* Collaborate with group companies for joint tenders
* Produce reports (monitor KPIs, create and analyze specific purchasing reports)
* Support special projects (participate actively in initiatives for opening new branches)
Requirements
* Good command of written and spoken English (knowledge of German is optional)
* Analytical mindset
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
* Proactive and adaptable to change
* Good interpersonal and empathetic skills
Employment Details
* Fixed-term contract for maternity leave replacement
* CCNL Commerce and Tertiary sector, 40 hours/week, 14 monthly payments
Working hours: full-time, Monday to Friday, daytime hours.
