PpSUANFARMA is looking for an bElectrical Maintenance Engineer /b to join our Maintenance Assets Management team in Rovereto (TN), Italy. /p h3About the Role /h3 pThe Electrical Maintenance Engineer will operate within the Maintenance Assets Management Department, contributing to the supervision of electrical maintenance activities. /p pThe role involves hands‑on operational activities in close collaboration with Production, Quality, and HSE, as well as technical development, improvement of electrical systems, and the management and maintenance of process instrumentation. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liTechnical management and supervision of Medium and Low Voltage (MV/LV) electrical power distribution systems. /li liOversight of the operation, maintenance, and reliability of electrical distribution infrastructures. /li liAnalysis of system reliability and identification of improvement, revamping, and standardization projects. /li liTechnical support in the definition of new capital investments, plant modifications, and feasibility studies. /li liCollaboration in regulatory compliance and electrical safety verification activities. /li liAct as the technical reference for process instrumentation, including sensors, transmitters, actuators, and measurement systems. /li liManagement and coordination of the calibration process for critical instruments, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements. /li liAnalysis of deviations related to instrumentation and electrical systems, support to investigations, and contribution to Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). /li liActive participation in technical improvement projects aimed at increasing plant reliability and performance. /li liDefinition of technical specifications and support during installation and commissioning phases. /li liClose collaboration with Production, Quality, HSE, and Engineering departments on cross‑functional initiatives. /li liParticipation in the technical governance of external contractors (electrical contractors, instrumentation specialists, service providers). /li liTechnical verification of activities performed, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety procedures. /li liSupport to the technical evaluation of suppliers and quotations. /li /ul h3Reporting line /h3 preports to: Head of Maintenance Assets Management /p h3Profile and Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in: Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering or related disciplines /li liStrong interest in industrial electrical systems and automation. /li liKnowledge of low and medium voltage (LV/MV) electrical systems, process instrumentation and industrial maintenance principles. /li liGood familiarity with technical documentation. /li liAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, PIDs, and technical documentation. /li liGood understanding of preventive, predictive, and improvement‑oriented maintenance principles. /li liGood knowledge of standard office automation tools and a strong inclination toward new technologies. /li liStrong teamwork and collaboration skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders, a proactive and results‑oriented approach, a strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to operate effectively in cross‑functional and multidisciplinary environments, demonstrating technical ownership, critical thinking, and curiosity in thoroughly and accurately exploring and gathering information. /li liItalian: native or fluent /li liEnglish: B2 level or higher /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a similar role /li liFamiliarity with regulated industrial environments (pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or similar industries). /li /ul h3We offer /h3 ul liCompensation package aligned with experience /li liA modern and agile organizational culture focused on people and continuous improvement /li liA dynamic work environment /li liExtensive welfare initiativesInsurance coverage /li liInitiatives that support work‑life balance and parenthood /li /ul pSUANFARMA Italia is an equal opportunity employer.
