What You’ll Do
Supporting your assigned tutor, you will:
* Provide technical support based on the customer’s site; identify and resolve customer pain points, escalating as required.
* Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to optimize customer operations.
* Support services including sample testing, light maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, chemical inventory management, and general labor activities.
* Actively support Nalco Champion innovations and technology in strategic district accounts, providing service support to other District Sales Representatives.
* Travel within the assigned sales territory.
* Coordinate and troubleshoot technical jobs.
What you’ll need?
* Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
* Fluent in English and Italian (mother tongue).
* Valid Driver’s License.
* Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer focus.
