We are seeking a highly motivated Product Design Engineer to join our Innovation team based in Castelfranco Veneto (TV). 
Design, creation, and iterative testing of physical prototypes to validate product concepts and ensure manufacturability; 
Collaborate closely with design and engineering to refine product designs based on prototype feedback and testing results; 
Support the development process by troubleshooting prototype issues and driving improvements that align with project timelines and cost targets; 
Execute detailed product design activities, ensuring all design components meet functional, aesthetic, and manufacturing requirements; 
Develop, maintain, and control product details documentation, including CMF (Color, Material, Finish) specifications and critical design tolerances; 
Design detailed prototype components and assemblies using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and manufacturability; 
Build and assemble physical prototypes utilizing various materials and fabrication techniques (e.g., machining, 3 D printing, foam modelling, card modelling); 
Iterate designs rapidly based on test data, stakeholder feedback, and technical constraints; 
Contribute ideas to improve product innovation, design efficiency, and prototype quality within a fast-paced environment; 
Create, review, and finalize detailed CAD models, drawings, and 3 D files with a strong emphasis on manufacturability and user experience; 
Develop and update comprehensive CMF documentation aligned with design intent and brand standards; 
Participate actively in design reviews, providing detailed inputs on product aesthetics, material selection, and functional details teams to maintain a unified product vision and execution; 
Support cross-functional collaboration across design, engineering, marketing, and quality assurance functions. 
QUALIFICATIONS: University degree in mechanical or design engineering or equivalent is required 
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings 
Knowledge and experience with utilization of CAD/3-D Modeling Software 
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel 
Ability to understand complex mathematical relationships that underpin mechanical analysis 
Good interpersonal relation skills and capability to work in a multinational environment.
