What you will do
TheAuction Coordinator / Auction Support Professionalis responsible forour AuctionsinPoland, in the continental region.
In this role, you willmanage the preauction processthat resonates with ourbuying and selling customers.
You'll work closely with Project Management, Sales and Customer Service to ensure a smooth process.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for sellers via phone, email, and internal platforms.
Plan and coordinate auction events, including KYC verification, viewing days, delivery days, and the post-sale process.
Manage auction-related documentation and ensure accuracy in lots with reserve prices, proceeds, and payment status.
Collaborate closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting.
Provide administrative support such as data uploads, translation, travel booking, and internal coordination.
Assist with claim management, settlement applications, and logistical tasks on delivery days.
Identify process improvements and proactively support clients and colleagues in solving operational issues.
What you bring
Relevant work experience as a Merchant or Sales Assistant in combination with vocational education
Native Polish, good English, both spoken and written; additional European language skills are a plus
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent planning and organizational abilities
Experience in process optimization and use of IT systems
Strategic mindset with the ability to plan ahead and anticipate trends
A customer satisfaction-oriented approach with a proactive attitude
