Overview
Field Sales Representative – 12 Months Assignment for Lombardia Est area, within the Italian Sales team at Kellanova Europe. The role focuses on agility, growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for maximizing Kellogg Brands sales and achieving qualitative objectives in POS, ensuring excellent execution of the Trade Marketing 4 Ps;
* Define the POS panel and effective coverage (weekly visit schedule);
* Periodically analyze market data and share insights with the manager to identify short- and medium-term actions;
* Monitor the market and competitors' evolution in the territory;
* Provide periodic reports and recommendations regarding interventions;
* Collaborate with RAM/NAM in managing assigned banners, providing recommendations/anticipations through coordination with other field sales representatives;
* Promote Kellogg image in the market and provide valid recommendations to anticipate market and trade changes.
Qualifications
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of the products; knowledge and use of sales tools;
* Good knowledge of categories, brand strategies, consumer and shopper behaviour;
* Leadership skills to inspire, motivate and lead a team; high communication skills; proactive and initiative-taking; a good team worker; loyal to role and company; enthusiastic and dedicated;
* Fluent in Italian; English is necessary;
* University degree required, preferably economics or similar.
