The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete visual and creative execution of beauty brands developed within the Chromavis Start-Up Studio, ensuring strong, coherent, and distinctive brand identities across all touchpoints.
She/He will manage graphic and visual content end-to-end, from brand identity definition to daily content production, working across packaging, digital platforms, and communication materials. The role requires strong autonomy, solid cosmetics industry experience, and the ability to interact directly with suppliers and production partners.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Start-Up Studio, she/he will be accountable for the following:
* To develop and maintain complete brand visual identities, ensuring consistency and coherence across all brand touchpoints
* To design and execute all brand graphic assets, including packaging, artworks, layouts, and communication materials
* To manage the full artwork development process, from creative concept to print-ready files
* To lead packaging development activities in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring quality, timing, and brand coherence
* To operate autonomously in direct contact with suppliers, printers, and production partners
* To create visual content for digital channels, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials
* To develop and adapt content formats for different platforms, ensuring visual impact and brand consistency
* To produce and coordinate photo and video content, including creative direction, shooting support, and post-production when required
* To collaborate closely with Start-Up Studio teams to translate brand strategy into effective visual execution
* To support product launches with coherent visual storytelling across all channels
* To ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, timelines, and quality requirements
Skills required:
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a brand environment
* Mandatory experience in the cosmetics industry; strong B2C exposure is preferred
* Proven experience in developing complete brand identities from concept to execution
* Strong experience in packaging design and artwork development
* Full autonomy in managing external suppliers and production partners
* Experience in photo and video content creation for digital platforms
* Solid understanding of content creation for social media and websites
* Website graphic experience is considered a plus
* Excellent proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Creative mindset combined with a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach
* Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
