We are looking for a higly experienced IT Finance Manager to join our international IT organization and act a strategic partner for Finance, Controlling and Treasury functions.Key responsabilities
Own the IT roadmap for Finance & Controlling applicationsAct as the main IT reference point for Finance and AFC stakeholdersLead the design and delivery of IT solutions supporting accounting, controlling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and treasuryCoordinate internal IT teams and external system integratorsDrive process optimization, automation and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with internal policies, audit and regulatory requirements
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in IT roles supporting Finance & ControllingStrong knowledge of AFC processes and ERP Finance SystemsProven experience in IT Finance leadership or senior IT Business Partner rolesStrong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skillsFluent italian and professional English
