You will work closely with HR Business Partners, supporting them in day‐to‐day activities with a strong focus on HR process support and people analytics.Support key HR processes (performance & talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning and budget, Annual Salary Review)Support people analytics activities (data collection, analysis and consolidation related to workforce, performance, talent and reward)Prepare presentations and supporting materials for HR and business meetingsContribute to HR coordination within an international and matrix organisationCollaborate with local and global HR teams (Centres of Expertise, HR Operations, HRBPs)Support ad‐hoc analytical tasks and initiatives aimed at improving HR processesWho You AreYou are curious, well organised and eager to learn quicklyYou have good communication and collaboration skillsYou are interested in understanding how HR decisions support the businessYou have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable working with data and numbersYou feel comfortable working in an international and multicultural environmentRequirementsUniversity degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Humanities, Statistics or similar fieldsGood knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
