We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort at Mangia's Himera Resort, for the upcoming 2026 season. The role involves organizing daily operations, supervising staff, maintaining brand standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Plans housekeeping operations based on occupancy and service needs Supervises housekeeping team and ensures quality and efficiency Monitors room readiness and cleanliness standards across all areas Coordinates with Front Office and Maintenance for timely interventions Manages inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies Participates in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations Controls costs and monitors departmental budget and productivity Proven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in 5-star hotels Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality standards Familiarity with property management systems and housekeeping software Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Seasonal Contract Accommodation available Ongoing training and access to professional development courses
