* Responsibilities include managing financial operations at our manufacturing site in Termoli, Italy, supporting European manufacturing footprint, including budgeting, performance analysis, cost analysis, long-term strategy partnership, monthly close processes, and ad-hoc analyses.
* Lead financial activities and regulatory compliance for the Italian site, coordinate budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting, support month-end closing activities, and oversee manufacturing cost review processes.
* Partner with site management and global leaders, liaise with European controllership, manage external audits, ensure compliance with accounting policies, and maintain local SAP systems.
* Support investments and strategic business development, and ensure safety compliance according to D.Lgs.81 / 2008.
Required Skills and Certifications
* Master's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
* Minimum 10 years of finance experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably chemicals
* Proficiency in financial English
* Knowledge of Italian taxes and finance, with experience working in Italy
* Strong accounting and financial analysis skills
* Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and global teamwork
* Proficiency in SAP, BW, Microsoft Office, etc.
