ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking to hire a Senior Structural Engineer to join the team supervising and assisting with railway infrastructure projects across Europe.

ABOUT YOU
Feel free to apply if you have the following:
Academic Background: Civil Engineer, Technical Public Works Engineer (ITOP), Civil Engineer, or a similar degree with a specialization in structures.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in the design, construction, or supervision of structural works, preferably in railway infrastructure projects. Prior experience in high-speed rail infrastructure will be especially valued.
Languages: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction procedures, resolving on-site conflicts related to earthworks and geological/geotechnical issues, expertise in geological/geotechnical design and analysis, familiarity with design and construction standards based on Eurocodes, coordination, and planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate on-site structural project design to ensure strict compliance.
Manage the structural supervision team on-site.
Collaborate with the structural design team to resolve on-site issues that require their intervention.
Review and approve shop drawings and technical specifications of materials provided by the contractor.
Maintain effective communication with various project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
Prepare periodic reports on project progress and communicate any deviations from the initial plan.
