PpOn behalf of our Client a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for an bAccountant Controller /b who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic atmosphere. /p pThe position will be based in our Milan office. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pAs part of the company's growth and further professionalization, we are now looking for an experienced, proactive and team-oriented Accountant Controller to support the Finance Director Italy and our developing team. /p pThe successful candidate must demonstrate great flexibility in dealing with a wide range of activities and be able to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment. /p pMain responsibilities include: /p ul liSupport of the Finance Director Italy /li liGeneral ledger accounting in SAP /li liTakeover of accounts payable (including invoice processing in Coupa) /li liCommercial control of (travel) expense reports in Concur /li liManagement of accounts receivable (due date monitoring, dunning letters) /li liRelease and monitoring of customer orders /li liVAT fulfilments /li liSupport with annual planning and forecasts /li liPreparation of analyses and reports /li liMonthly and annual financial statements support /li liCommunication with internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers /li liSupport in procurement activities, including vendor management /li liGenerating, monitoring, revising of purchase orders and exception forms /li liAssistance with budget tracking /li liClose collaboration with the external accounting company and joint solution of invoicing problems, including direct contact to the suppliers. /li liSpecial project support /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAccounting degree or business degree /li liExperience in financial accounting in a medium-sized company (ideally in the pharmaceutical / biotechnology industry) /li liFirst experience in controlling (financial planning, ad hoc analyses and reports) /li liEfficient and effective verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English /li liAdvanced experience with MS Excel and first experience with SAP (FI).
