The role is responsible for the publication of content across digital channels (social media, website, newsletters, advertising campaigns), as well as for performance analysis and the optimization of digital communication activities.
The Content Creator & Digital Marketing will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Communication teams to ensure message consistency, strong brand positioning, and the growth of engagement and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Support in the development of digital marketing strategies defined by the rest of the team
- Creation and publishing of content for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Collaboration with internal teams and/or external suppliers (graphic design, advertising, web)
- Monitoring digital trends and proposing new initiatives in collaboration with the team
- Collaboration with internal teams and/or external agencies (graphic designers, videomakers, advertising specialists)
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in content creation for structured corporate/B2B environments, including rendering
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their dynamics
- Ability to work independently, proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and creative skills
- Good graphic design skills using the Adobe Suite, including the creation of print materials (events and trade fairs: stands, flyers, etc.)
- Excellent photography and videomaking skills (shooting and editing)
- Ability to create content tailored for LinkedIn and corporate channels
- Willingness to travel internationally (event-driven, not continuous)
- High level of autonomy, reliability, and attention to detail
- Excellent command of the English language (B2/C1 level)
