This position combines strategic planning with hands‑on management, ensuring reliable operations across on‑premises and cloud environments. /p ul liOversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage. /li liImplement secure, scalable solutions for both on‑premises and cloud environments. /li liCoordinate the IT team and provide first‑level Help Desk support. /li liManage and optimize the BASYS SAP ERP system to meet business requirements. /li liSupport the integration and implementation of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for production processes. /li liWork closely with management to define and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals. /li liPlan and manage system updates, migrations, and improvements. /li liEnsure data security and compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, and other regulations. /li liMonitor system performance and implement backup and security policies. /li liManage vendors, validate contracts, and handle escalations to external consultants. /li /ul h3bCandidate Profile /b /h3 ul liProven experience managing IT infrastructure for medium to large organizations. /li liAdvanced knowledge of BASYS SAP and MES systems. /li liExpertise in Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper‑V, AWS, and Azure. /li liStrong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, firewalls) and IT security. /li liFamiliarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix), backup solutions (Veeam), version control (Git), and scripting languages (ABAP, Python, SQL). /li liKnowledge of cloud automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker). /li liExperience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams). /li liRelevant certifications such as CISCO, VMware, COBIT, ITIL are a plus. /li liFluent in English; French is a plus. /li /ul h3bAdditional Information /b /h3 pbTotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth and offers equal opportunity careers. /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
