Apply now for the position of In Vitro Diagnostics Lab Solutions Application Specialist for Central Italy. In this role you will work with our Specialties Lines (Hemostasis, Hematology, Plasma Proteins).
Responsibilities
* You will take care of post-sales direct problem-solving through method applications or troubleshooting, or by activating the specific technical service or application support to reach customer satisfaction.
* You will handle onsite instrument installation, customer training and follow-up regarding Hemostasis, Hematology, and plasma proteins.
* You will monitor the system performance by measuring selected KPIs.
* You will address new customer needs, providing direct support in cooperation with our salespeople or by activating internal support channels.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in biology/biomedical laboratory techniques or master’s degree in biomedical engineering
* 1-5 years of experience in similar roles
* Strong interactive communication, problem solving and decision making abilities
* Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain complex technical/clinical content clearly
* Fluent English in written and oral communication
* Availability to travel
* Dynamic and proactive with personal initiative to reach targets
* Curiosity and openness to learn, flexibility and willingness to relocate within the assigned region
* Able to work independently and as part of a diverse team
* Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Location
Preferred based in Lazio, Italy.
