Business Development Representative - EMEA

We protect some of the world's largest organizations and critical infrastructure across more than 68 countries. Our AI-powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities in energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure sectors.

As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Marketing Department is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) for our EMEA region. Our team delivers rapid product enhancements, onsite engineering support, and quick deployment across continents, helping accelerate digital transformation by providing exceptional network visibility, threat detection, and operational insights for OT and IoT environments.

We seek a candidate with proven experience as a BDR or SDR in the Cybersecurity or IT space, with a strong track record of pipeline generation and prospecting through inbound and outbound methods. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of managing multiple prospecting and follow-up cycles simultaneously, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the sales development process, from account research and outreach to qualification and handoff to sales. Experience building and nurturing relationships with key customers, channel partners, and stakeholders is essential.

* Fluency in German, French, and English is required.


In this role, you will:

1. Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop territory strategies and build pipelines.
2. Prospect into new accounts via inbound and outbound methods, leveraging tools like account-based research, MQL follow-up (events, digital campaigns, ABM), cold calling, social media, and coordinated campaigns.
3. Generate qualified meetings for sales that convert into opportunities.
4. Achieve and surpass prospecting metrics (calls, emails, social touches, speed to lead) and opportunity generation quotas.
5. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and BDR leadership to develop outreach scripts and strategies.
6. Effectively communicate Nozomi Networks' value proposition, demonstrating understanding of our cybersecurity technology to overcome objections and secure meetings.
7. Support sales and marketing initiatives at events and campaigns.
8. Maintain an entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to promote the Nozomi Networks platform.


To succeed in this role, you will have:

1. Proven B2B BDR experience, preferably in cybersecurity or IT.
2. Experience working closely with sales and marketing to meet revenue and pipeline targets.
3. A track record of exceeding quotas.
4. Experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Salesforce, Drift, and Orum.
5. Self-motivation, grit, attention to detail, and a desire to succeed.
6. Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
7. The ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with a team-oriented attitude.
8. Alignment with Nozomi Networks' cultural pillars and mission.
9. A Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
