Movopack is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern to support our growth in the Italian market. This is a hands-on, high-impact B2B sales role for someone who wants to learn sales by doing it for real: targets, accountability, direct exposure to revenue. Your impact:
You'll be one of the first BDRs fully dedicated to the Italian market, playing a direct role in building our sales pipeline and driving revenue. You'll be the engine behind new opportunities:
* Opening doors
* Creating conversations
* Enabling Account Executives to focus on high-quality, well-qualified meetings
After 90 days, you'll have:
* Built a strong outbound rhythm with consistent, high-quality activity
* Started booking qualified meetings for AEs
* Become autonomous in prospecting, CRM hygiene, and handover
How we'll measure success:
Main KPIs:
* Number of outbound activities (calls)
* Meetings booked (SQL)
* Qualified meetings (SAL)
Secondary KPIs:
* Pipeline & revenue influenced
* CRM data quality and feedback loops
You'll be measured on inputs and outputs, not just effort.
What you'll do:
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will:
* Identify and qualify leads via cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
* Manage first contact with inbound leads and guide them through the funnel
* Visit clients and prospects to understand needs and present solutions
* Organize meetings, demos, and commercial proposals
* Support deal progression and closure with Account Executives
* Nurture relationships to improve satisfaction and upselling
* Conduct market research on high-potential segments and trends
* Track and manage all activities in the CRM

* Familiarity with prospecting tools (Surfe, Lusha, Cognism, etc.)
