What we look for We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to scale our marketing automation system, optimizing user journeys and communications flows. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Growth and Brand team. You are passionate about CRM, marketing automation, and user lifecycle management. 2 years of experience in the same role. You are analytical and results - oriented, and you love to measure and improve every initiative. You have experience with integration and automation concepts, such as APIs, webhooks, and automated workflows. You are excited about the opportunity to optimize, build and test communication ecosystems from scratch where needed. Experience with Customer.io, HubSpot, Twilio Segment is considered a strong plus. You know how to pull data from relational databases using SQL What will you do Take full ownership of Sibill's marketing automation flows. Create and manage automated flows across the full customer journey, including welcome series, post-purchase journeys, and re-engagement campaigns for inactive users. Implement multi-channel automation strategies, using emails, external tools, support integrations, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp. Define goals and track the results of your automation activities.
