Are you looking to kick-start your career in operations controlling? We’re offering a maternity cover position where you’ll support key operational processes in product costing, pricing, supply chain, and innovation projects. While the role is temporary, future opportunities may arise depending on business needs and performance.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Product Costing & Pricing
Assist in cost calculations, variance analysis, and pricing proposals. Support cost transparency and scenario analysis for new product ideas.
2. Supply Chain Controlling
Analyze logistics costs and prepare reports. Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Managing Director to align with strategic goals.
3. Business Partnering
Provide financial insights and operational analysis for decision-makers. Support operations-related projects and ensure alignment with business strategy.
4. Controlling Excellence
Improve controlling tools and methods, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement in financial performance.
Your profile
5. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
6. Up to 3 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or Operations - internships and student projects are also valued.
7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to think critically, question assumptions, and explore the “why” behind data and decisions.
9. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
10. Experience with MS Office (esp. Excel), SAP ERP and BI tools is a plus.
11. Fluent in German and English; Italian language skills are a bonus.
