WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support the team in monitoring and managing the flow of goods in and out of company-owned and third-party warehouses.
Learn to use digital tools to track processes and generate up-to-date reporting.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems and processes, such as sales, production, accounting, and shipping.
Manage transfer orders from 3PL providers to Italian and international stores.
Collect and analyze daily reports on issues and disruptions;
track resolution progress and provide feedback.
Ensure 3PL partners follow established procedures correctly.
Be involved in analyzing issues and identifying solutions.
Conduct research to monitor market trends and, together with the team, define the best purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
Work with the product development team to ensure freshness and variety in the offering.
Support your team in developing reports, activity dashboards, and relevant KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
entry level
Degree in Economics / Management Engineering / Food Engineering
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional-level English
Understanding of supply chain processes
Familiarity with 4PL partner operations
Ability to manage food products across various temperature zones
Knowledge of product shelf life management
Knowledge of French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus
