RoleThe Junior Group Credit Support, reporting to the Credit Manager, will support the Group Credit Manager (GCM) on all the activities of the Credit management process for all Brands/Companies under the umbrella of Haworth Lifestyle – Haworth Group. S/he will have the chance to have a direct impact on the overall performance of the group and work in a motivating and inclusive team and environment.
Main activities:Collect business information about new customers and analyse credit worthinessAssign credit limit and payment terms to customer with periodic reviewsLock and unlock customer accountsMonitors and checks compliance with payment terms and conditionsMonitor credit risk evolution detecting red alertsGrant the periodical review of ageing reports feeding the Credit Management Reporting toolGrant continuous interaction and coordination with Account receivable Teams and Customer Service and Sales teams of all the brandsReview Customer Master data jointly with the A/R TeamsPromote cash and risk culture among business functionsAssure the correct adoption of the Group Credit Policy
Requirements:1-3 years of experience in Treasury, Credit or Accounting teamEmpathy and teamworkingCuriosity and willingness to learnHappy to have the chance to speak up and propose solutionsAnalytical mindset
