About the Role:
Based in Alba (CN), we are seeking a Global Professional Maintenance Manager for our new Global Centre of Expertise. This role involves leading our Professional Maintenance central team, developing and deploying Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) methodologies related to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean Manufacturing, and World Class Manufacturing (WCM), with a focus on the Preventive Maintenance (PM) pillar across our global industrial network.
You will coordinate and promote best practices, continuous improvement, and workshops with related industrial functions, acting as a change agent to foster a culture of operational excellence through TPM/WCM and Preventive Maintenance strategies, including Preventive, Predictive, and Reliability Centered Maintenance.
Your responsibilities include supporting the team manager, ensuring coordination among central operation performance teams and partner functions (Health & Safety, Food Safety & Quality, Engineering, People & Organization), developing and standardizing PM methodologies, creating training materials, defining KPIs and KAIs, and supporting Plant Maintenance Managers through training and coaching.
You will monitor and improve the progress of PM initiatives, assess the maturity of PM implementation, and ensure strong synergy with Autonomous Maintenance methodologies. Driving internal and external best practice exchanges and fostering a culture of continuous improvement are key aspects of this role.
Who are we looking for:
A candidate with a master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, with over 10 years of experience managing maintenance departments, a deep understanding of industrial processes, and expertise in TPM/WCM or Lean Manufacturing. Proven experience in delivering OEE improvements and solving complex problems is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills are required to influence and train at all organizational levels. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus. Business travel of approximately 50% is expected.
