Luxury Brand is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist. You'll have the chance to support the HR Business Partner in all recruiting and operational activities. Lead the recruiting process for all the HQ functions: job postings, CV screening, phone interviews, schedule meetings with HR Business Partner and line managers Build and nurture talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and proactive outreach, ensuring a strong bench for current and future needs Monitor recruitment reporting, KPIs, budgets, and compliance to optimize performance. Update employee data in our HR systems Prepare contracts and other administrative documentations Support in all HR operations activities At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition (plus if from a luxury brand)Good knowledge of HR main processes Multi-tasking and time management skills Good knowledge of Excel and PPT Fluent in English
