Please submit your CV in English.Within the Business Intelligence and Transformation Team, the resource will contribute to the development of a Build-to-Stock (BtS) optimization platform that enhances stock vehicle decision‐making through advanced data‐driven insights.The platform actively guides users toward the most value‐generating configurations, enabling profitability analysis, configuration comparison, and stock optimization to maximize overall business value.The resource will play a key role in designing and building the backend architecture, setup proper dataset in Snowflake interacting with all key stakeholders of the other business units involved (finance, SCM, Customer centricity, Network development), translating complex analytical models and optimization logic into robust, scalable, and production‐grade solutions.Working at the intersection of backend engineering, data, and algorithms, the resource will help shape a system that directly drives business decisions, improves dealer recommendations, and increases operational efficiency.Main Responsibilities: Build in Snowflake the proper dataset to support the pilot phaseSupport the pilot phase (blueprint definition, tool development, financial sustainability)Design, develop, and maintain the backend architecture of the Build-to-Stock optimization platformImplement core business and optimization logic to support stock optimization use casesDevelop and manage data processing workflows and backend servicesWork on Order Bank and FCO (Factory Confirmed Orders) data and processes, ensuring correct integration into optimization logic and decision‐making flowsEnsure data quality, consistency, and standardization across all data sources, defining and enforcing proper data handling practices within the platformIntegrate the platform with relevant data sources, systems, and external servicesEnsure performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the backend solutionContribute to testing, debugging, deployment, and technical documentationCollaborate cross‐functionally with frontend developers and business stakeholders in an agile environment Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field2–5 years of hands‐on experience in backend or application developmentStrong proficiency in backend programmingExperience designing and developing RESTful APIs and system integrationsSolid understanding of data processing, data pipelines, and data modelingFamiliarity with analytical, optimization, or algorithm‐driven applications is a plusExperience with testing, debugging, deployment, and technical documentationExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflowsFluent in English; additional languages are a plus At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
