We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate administrative procedures related to hiring and managing temporary workers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Uploading attendance data into the management system and submitting flows for payroll processing
* Managing contractual and hiring procedures, dismissals, and accidents
* Handling variables related to employment (TFR, tax deductions, ANF, etc.)
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an employment agency
* Good knowledge of the management system
* Understanding of relevant collective bargaining agreements
* Accuracy and excellent organizational skills
