Overview

Marketplace Consultant, Strategic Account Services – Job ID: 3071831 | Amazon EU SARL (Poland Branch).

More than 300 million customers shop in Amazon’s store, and third-party seller products account for more than half of all units sold. The Selling Partner 360 Team provides data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused strategic consultancy to support Selling Partners’ growth. Our service covers International expansion, Portfolio Optimization, Fulfillment Strategy, Product Presentation, Promotions, Advertising Strategy, and Brand Building, while helping Selling Partners solve operational challenges.

As a Marketplace Consultant, you will independently manage your portfolio of Selling Partners, develop roadmaps aligned to their targets, identify untapped potential, recruit and onboard Selling Partners to AMPS, and lead the launch of this program in your country with strong stakeholder management.

Where we need your expertise:

* Selling Partner Management: Manage a portfolio of 10-12 Selling Partners, developing individual strategies, managing timelines, expectations, and communications.
* Run Business Analyses: Produce actionable insights using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data.
* Consultancy: Leverage Amazon solutions to support Selling Partners’ objectives and identify opportunities and business impact.
* Support Execution and Operational Troubleshooting: Guide the execution of strategic plans, answer ad-hoc questions, and help overcome operational challenges.
* Build relationships: Establish trust with Selling Partners and stakeholders through collaboration and results.
* Coach: Educate Selling Partners about Amazon’s solutions and news to enhance their knowledge.
* Recruit: Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Selling Partners for AMPS based on needs.
* Business Reviews: Prepare and present deep-dive performance reviews for regular business progress discussions.
* Become an Expert: Own a subject within the service organization to support peers and develop processes/tools, e.g., Branding, Fulfillment by Amazon, Hiring, Tools, Deals, and more.
* Develop local requirements: Adapt standardized processes to the needs of Selling Partners in this country.

Marketplace Consultant (Full-time / Part-time)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* Excellent English and Polish communication skills
* Work experience in consulting, key account management, advertising sales, B2B, digital retail / ecommerce, Business Development, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or related fields
* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related program
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets using Microsoft Excel
* Strategy development and execution capability
* Proven ability to attract, manage, and interact with clients independently, particularly at the executive level
* Ability to multi-task and adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Superior presentation skills to inform and influence stakeholders


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience in analytics with tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
