Job Description
Enfinity Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager with a team‑player approach and extensive knowledge of construction and projects of PV plants in Italy. The Manager will support active projects in Italy in construction, including commissioning activities.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Coordination and management of the construction projects from conception to completion
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to review plans and specifications
* Manage contract negotiations and other agreements with EPC and O&M
* Hire, supervise, and motivate subcontractors and construction crews
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets
* Secure permits and ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
* Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential issues proactively
* Manage project budget and identify cost‑saving opportunities
* Ensure a safe work environment and enforce all safety protocols
* Coordinate an internal Site Managers team
* Coordinate external service providers, e.g., owner engineering, environmental advisers, health & safety supervision services, etc.
* Handle and provide all close‑out documentation to the Asset Management team at completion of the projects
Key Requirements
* Engineering degree (preferable)
* Solid knowledge and understanding of the solar PV industry
* In‑depth experience in PV Construction & Management, either in EPC and/or Owner perspectives
* Team player, high level of organization, time management and autonomy
* Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and business relationships
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Good level of English, oral and written; Italian and Spanish is a plus
* Domain of MS Office, good knowledge of MS Project and CAD
* Available to travel and stay in project sites in various locations when required
