Being on site means that you can keep a close eye on the processes. As well as helping us stay on top of health and safety compliance, you’ll spot potential issues and identify opportunities for improvement. That means working closely with people across the business to get to know the risks they experience and gathering data to identify smarter and safer ways that we can work. You’ll also set up training and other programmes to help everyone follow new safety processes and reach new standards. /ph3About The Team /h3pWorkplace Health and Safety (WHS) plays a crucial role in keeping our people mentally and physically well at work. Our team works with managers, associates and local governments across our sites, making sure we’re complying with Amazon’s policies and legal regulations, and that our workplaces are safe. /ppThere is a range of opportunities within the team, from Health and Safety Technicians to Program Managers. No matter what your role is, you’ll play a part in developing, implementing and upholding our high safety and wellbeing standards. You could work on a variety of projects alongside colleagues from across the business, ranging from equipment and process inspections to assessing processes, building and equipment design. /ph3Basic Qualifications /h3ulliA Bachelor's degree, or equivalent level of qualification in-line with the European Qualifications Framework (EFQ) /liliASPP or RSPP certified /liliUnderstanding of Italian Environment, Health and Safety legislation /liliAdvanced proficiency in Italian and English /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience of Lean, 5S, or Kaizen methodologies /liliExperience of planning or managing environmentally conscious initiatives /li /ulpAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
