Role Description
\nThis full-time, on-site role in Bagaladi is for a Mental Health Specialist, who will provide professional mental health services to individuals, families, and groups.\n
Key responsibilities include performing psychological assessments, implementing mental health care plans, conducting crisis interventions, and managing client cases. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, developing treatment strategies, and advocating for clients’ mental health needs will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

- Knowledge and experience in Mental Health Care and Mental Health principles
- Expertise in Psychology, with a focus on therapeutic practices and counseling techniques
- Proficiency in Case Management, ensuring appropriate planning, coordination, and execution of care
- Skills in Crisis Intervention to provide timely and effective support during critical situations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Prior experience in a mental health care setting is highly desirable
- Licensure or certification in the field of mental health is preferred
